Shipping Policy
All items purchased are unconditionally guaranteed from defect. After a purchase is made NCFP will ship your item(s) to you within three business days. Shipping costs are on a per item basis depending on the size and dimensions of each item. Those costs are displayed at checkout.
When donations are made on the website a donation receipt will be sent to you within three business days. Thank you for standing with us!
Return Policy
The customer may return new, unopened items sold by the National Coalition For Purity within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping/handling charges. If items are returned after 30 days but prior to 60 days a 15% restocking fee will be issued plus the refund will be given in the form of a credit minus any shipping/handling charges to the customers account. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging with no missing tags or cards.
The National Coalition For Purity will not issue any refund if any kit(s) or group(s) of items sold together are returned with item(s) missing from those kit(s) or package(s). If you have any questions concerning returns please contact sales-donation@puritycoalition.org
Refunds will be given within seven days of the NCFP receiving your item(s) back on return. After the returns are inspected and meet the guidelines of NCFP return policy a refund will be given for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping/handling charges or as described above. The customer is responsible for the delivery of item(s) back to NCFP. It is encouraged that the customer purchases a tracking number for shipment. The customer will pay for any shipping charges back to NCFP.
