Who is the NCFP?

The National Coalition For Purity (NCFP) is a non-denominational Christian ministry that strengthens Christians, churches, and organizations in their stand for sexual purity. We minister to men, women, and teens. Our vision is “to make sexual purity an unavoidable issue for the Church.”

NCFP partners with churches and Christian organizations to challenge, train, and resource them in launching purity ministries.  We offer sexual purity ministries for men, women, teens, marriages, and denominations.  We believe that God has called us to "purify the Bride of Christ, one church at a time."

NCFP currently offers the following ministries: Every Man's Battle for Purity, Women of Truth, Every Young Man's Battle, Fresh Start Marriage Retreat, and Project Purity.  Please follow the links to learn more about each of these ministries.

Upcoming Every Man's Battle For Purity event will be held on January 17th, 2009 at River Valley Church located in Apple Valley, Minnesota.  You may register online and if you would like to learn more please go to www.battleforpurity.com.  Last day for online registration is Tuesday, January 13th.  If you miss this deadline you may register at the event beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17th.

A Paradigm Shift for Every Man’s Battle For Purity
Every Man’s Battle For Purity will undergo a significant paradigm shift. Beginning in 2009, the purity ministry will focus its ministry on Command Center Churches in partnership with Battalion and Support churches.  What are Command Center, Battalion, and Support churches and why make such a change?
Command Centers are churches with a vision for reaching their community with the message of purity. They have a worship center with a minimum seating capacity of 500. They host The Battle, the first of four stages in the men’s purity ministry, Every Man’s Battle For Purity. They also host Purity Boot Camp, Purity and Maturity Platoons, Veteran’s Platoon, Women of Truth, all training, and the Platoon Awards Breakfast. They function as the hub of activity for their community.
Battalion churches partner with the Command Center Church to reach their community with God’s call to purity. They bring their men to The Battle at the Command Center Church and then host a Purity Boot Camp and Purity/Maturity Platoons for their men. They send their leaders to the Command Center Church for training.
Support churches partner with both the Command Center and the Battalion churches in their community. They bring their men to the Command Center for The Battle and to the Battalion Church for Purity Boot Camp. With training they can host Purity/Maturity Platoons.
Why change to the Command Center model? Three reasons: 1) it provides men with a larger battle to attend. There is safety in numbers and men feel safer in a large group. A larger group also provides a powerful dynamic for men. 2) It preserves the staff and resources of the National Coalition For Purity (NCFP). With fewer battles to plan and prepare, NCFP becomes more efficient and effective in ministry. 3) It produces a transferrable model which can be used in other states. By launching Command Center, Battalion, and Support churches in a major city, entire communities can be reached with the message of purity. This is a model which will help NCFP fulfill its name and become national.
If you would like to receive more information on a Command Center, Battalion or Support Church please contact us at ncfp@puritycoalition.org.
